Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a Business Continuity Plan?

Businesses need to identify risks, understand the impact they could have, put plans and infrastructure in place to maintain critical activities and ensure that they can continue to operate even if the worst happens. Satisfy your customers / clients and other stakeholders that you mean business, when it comes to staying in business.

What are my key Risks?

Risks are everywhere. A business continuity project will look at risk specifically in the context of your business activities. We offer the use of our Monte Carlo risk modeller to evaluate broader risks that your business can be exposed to.

Where do I start?

We will review what you currently have in place, and discuss what your objectives are. Then we will explain the recommended process in a clear and concise manner.
