A Business Continuity Management System is a living thing, constantly evolving. If it isn’t kept up to date it can be almost as bad as not having a plan at all. A regular schedule should be in place to check the accuracy of the critical activities, the availability of resources, the currency of IT systems and recovery. A training and exercising timeline should be defined, and outputs signed off at the highest level
