Maintenance

A Business Continuity Management System is a living thing, constantly evolving. If it isn’t kept up to date it can be almost as bad as not having a plan at all. A regular schedule should be in place to check the accuracy of the critical activities, the availability of resources, the currency of IT systems and recovery. A training and exercising timeline should be defined, and outputs signed off at the highest level

Not all organisations have the resources to keep on top of this, and an increasing number of our clients are asking us to manage this for them.
