Biscon Planning undertook the Business Continuity Management Project for the National Housing Federation in 2006. We are currently working with the NHF, updating their plan to make sure it remains an effective recovery tool.

The key to a HA project is identifying the critical activities - not just in a traditional business sense, but also those which must continue to be delivered to your most vulnerable tenants. As well as full projects, we have also undertaken a wide range of testing exercises. These are made more realistic through our relationship with the Central Office of Information who produce us video news clips to make the scenario is as realistic as possible.
